2 Part Cooked Antelope Fillet Steaks in a Marinade. 

INGREDIENTS: Antelope (85%), Seasoning (Sugar, Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Salt, Starch (Potato, Tapioca), Onion Powder Caraway, Cassia, Acidity Regulators: Sodium Acetates, Citric Acid; Garlic Powder, Sunflower Oil, Spices (Irradiated), Yeast, Pepper, Colours: Paprika Extract, Ammonium Caramel; Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum), Brine (Water, Salt, Acidity Regulators; Sodium Citrate, Sodium Carbonates; Glucose Syrup, Spice Extracts).

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

The following instructions are a guideline only. Defrost in the refrigerator overnight and cook from chilled. Remove all packaging, add a little oil to the pan and add the steak to the pan, drizzling the marinade over the steak. Heat the steak for approximately 3 minutes per side, caramelising the marinade. Allow to rest for 2 minutes and serve.

If purchased frozen, store below -18°C and consume by the use by date. Defrost in the refridgerator before cooking and consume within 5 days. Not suitable for refreezing. If purchased chilled, store below 5°C in the refridgerator and consume by the use by date. Not suitable for freezing.
