Heating Instructions:
The following instructions are a guideline only. Defrost in the refrigerator overnight and cook from chilled. Remove all packaging, add a little oil to the pan and add the steak to the pan. Heat the steak for approximately 2-2 1/2 minutes per side. Allow to rest for 2 minutes and serve.

If purchased frozen, store below -18°C and consume by the use by date. Defrost in the refrigerator before cooking and consume within 5 days. Not suitable for refreezing.
